Our fees are aligned with industry standards for registered SLPs across Canada, with options for different session lengths and service types.

Assessment

A comprehensive evaluation includes intake review, standardized and functional assessment, and a written report.

Therapy Sessions

Session length is based on your needs and therapy goals. Shorter or longer sessions may be recommended.

• 60-minute session - $160 / hour

• 45-minute session - $135 / hour

• 30-minute session - $100 / hour

Room Booking

• In-person sessions have a room booking fee - $40 / hour

Report Writing

Summary of assessment results, individualized treatment recommendations and care plan - $160 / hour

Travel

• $80 / hour + mileage @ $0.72 per km

ICBC, WorkSafeBC Clients and Insurance

We accept most Insurance providers, ICBC and WorkSafeBC referrals for clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents or workplace injuries.

We offer:

• Direct billing

• Coordination with your rehabilitation team

Cancellation Policy

To ensure consistent, high-quality care and to respect the time reserved for each client, Speech and Swallowing Services requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and will still be billed at the full session rate.
